I am Sonnet Grant. For as long as I can remember I have been passionate about supporting others. Nothing makes me happier than seeing other people shine.

I’ve always had an innate ability to connect with others so creating a life coaching business has been a natural process and an incredible personal journey. It definitely has not been a smooth ride, but whose road is really? After experiencing a major personal tragedy and having to slowly put the pieces of my life back together, my perspective on what is important shifted. I quit my corporate job as a business coach and sales trainer to follow my heart. I set out to learn new things. I made it my mission to consciously simplify my life. I embarked on a spiritual journey that led me to reconnect with my true joy and experience a sense of freedom I had never felt before.

Recently I have been on a journey to better understand how simplifying our lives has a huge impact on our health, happiness, and sense of purpose. I support my clients by helping them create space, reduce clutter, and organize their lives from the inside out.

I have come to fully appreciate that each of us is a unique, complex individual. What works for one person is not what works for all of us. Because of this I have worked to combine aspects of health, adventure, organization, transition and life coaching all into one unique business model. My goal is to meet you where you are in life and tailor your experience working with me to your unique self. Life is a journey and I’m here to help you enjoy the ride.

I look forward to working with you!

A little more about me

I was lucky enough to have lived on Oahu, Hawaii for over 16 years. There’s no place in the world that’s ever felt more like home. Living in Hawaii helped me heal, inspired me and taught me to love life and enjoy the outdoors in a whole new way. I feel extremely grateful to have been able to live in one of the most beautiful places in the world for so many years. I still love exploring the island and being in the ocean when I go back in the winters to adventure, coach remotely, visit friends, and of course escape the Colorado winter!

I recently made a move back to Boulder, Colorado (my hometown). It’s been fun to explore an ‘old’ new place and find ways to fall in love with Colorado. In Boulder I offer private in-person sessions for women and men as well as phone coaching and a combination of organization and coaching in your home or office.

IN MY FREE TIME

I love exploring, trying new things, playing soccer, triathlon, surfing, biking, hiking/trail running, yoga, muay thai, cross-training and backpacking adventures. I also enjoy travel, quality time with friends, eating out, laughing, movies, music and wine!
